Then bring the whole family to the Stretch & Strength class for a fun 45 minutes of getting your body ready for a fun time in Red River! Great for all ages and abilities! Dana DeLong is a Certified Exercise Instructor. Pilates is for everybody, regardless of your age, size, gender, or ability. Pilates can be modified to suit every level. It's effective for absolute beginners and professional athletes alike-involves standing, seated, and floor moves. (45 minutes)
