About the event

Dana DeLong is a Certified Exercise Instructor. Pilates is for everybody, regardless of your age, size, gender, or ability. Pilates can be modified to suit every level. It's effective for absolute beginners and professional athletes alike-involves standing, seated, and floor moves. (45 minutes)
