PREMISES RENTAL INFORMATION
The historic Red River Community House is available for daily rental (June, September & October), dependent upon intended use and availability. Inquiries may be addressed by e-mail to eddiedry@hotmail.com . Please note that the Community House is a non-alcoholic facility, well suited for family re-unions, group meetings, seminars and square and round dance groups, in a beautiful log cabin setting. Our facility will accommodate group sizes up to 250, and includes use of our kitchen, tables and chairs. The Community House is available for funeral services of local families without charge.
RATES:
-One day $250.00
-Added consecutive days $150.00 per day
-Our sound system with an audio attendant, is available for an additional $15.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of four hours
-A cleaning deposit of $200.00 is required, but will be refunded upon inspection, if the premises are returned in the same condition as received, clean and undamaged.
Reservation and cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 payable by check is required within 10 days of making your reservation. A confirmation will be e-mailed or mailed upon receipt of your deposit.
